Classic Erma

I love this picture of Erma. She looks extremely healthy and content. While I lived with her in 1995-96 and 98-99, this is the way that I remember her. All the energy and vigor of an 18 year old. She could out walk me on the streets around her house. She also did her morning exercises.



Erma is always willing to help around the house...while the grandkids sit and talk.
I remember Erma who always tried to please people, in her own way. I used to have friends come over to her house, and if she knew they were coming, she would always try to make them feel extra special. Whether it was warming up the house (In the winter, she would generally conserve energy and wear warm clothes) or purchasing some ice cream or making some brownies, she tried to make others feel welcome.
